Good morning

In my company, we are currently hesitant to grant permission for azure devops integrations due to some security concerns.

Is there a way to prevent external access (share to anyone with the link) of documents with a devops integration?

Having access to tickets with confidential information, or the ability to anonymously modify the contents of a ticket is a big concern and a blocker for adoption of this feature.

Hi @Franna, thank you for posting in the community! Unfortunately, it is not possible to restrict external access to documents that use a specific integration (devops in this case). However, currently if a non-authenticated user tries to edit an ADO card, they will see an error as the card data will not sync to ADO.

However, for additional security, your admins can also choose to disable the generation of Guest Collaborator access links for Lucidspark boards and restrict shareable links to only be accessible for other users on the account.

I hope this helps. Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions.
