Hello,

 

I was charged today for a Lucid subscription, but there is no billing or subscription section in my account, even though I am logged into the correct account where my diagrams are stored.

 

This means I currently have no way to cancel the subscription myself.

 

Please cancel the subscription immediately on your end and issue a full refund, as the charge happened today and I did not intend to continue after the free trial.
