I accidentally clicked that we have students under 13 but I do not as I teach college and thought the prompt said, check that you do not have students under 13. I cannot link to the product in Canvas for this reason. Does anyone know how I can undo this so I am able to use this product as Im locked out and no one has contacted me to help and Im in Canvas Training where I need it. TY

I checked with a fellow coworker who is familiar with the COPPA flow, and I found out that the simplest way for you to resolve this would be to clear your cache and cookies. Once you do that, you will be prompted again and can answer the question the way you originally intended. I hope this helps!
