I have an enterprise license, and am an admin.  There used to be a “Discovery” option where I could download all active LucidCharts and get information about them (like last edit date, owner etc), however I don’t see this option any longer in my account.

Can someone guide me on where I can find this?

thanks,

Hi @skarshis !

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community.

It is important to note that the Document Discovery feature is only available to the Account Owner and Document Admin on an Enterprise Account.

If you hold these roles and are still not seeing this feature, would you mind contacting our Support Team via this form for further investigation?

Thank you!

Hi @Humas1985 , thanks for the reply, but I don’t have the discovery option, despite being on enterprise.  Screenshot below.

Do you know how I can work with my documents?

You’re right, I wasn’t “account owner”.  We re-set my access, and I now see Document Discovery.  Thanks for the help.
