​​​​​​Hi All,

Enterprise Account showing 0% for 66 users. How can I confirm hope much Storage for Lucidchart/ Lucidspark we are consuming? Can anybody point me in the right direction, please?

We are running an Enterprise licence with 66 out of 80 licensed users. Of those colleagues I’ve contacted none of us are able to see how much storage we have collectively consumed, under our Account settings.

We’ve been using Lucidchart for years and have a large collection of diagrams.


We are using the default US region.

We do not store to any of the Integrations, I believe

We’ve tried to view the Storage amount via a variety of browsers.

Enterprise customers typically need to contact Lucid Support Submit a request – Lucid to get accurate storage usage information. This is due to the way Lucid handles storage reporting for large organizations.

Hi ​@Simon Red, thank you for posting in the community. I’m happy to share more information about this! Enterprise accounts have 5 GB of storage per user per product. Because Lucid Suite licenses include both Lucidchart and Lucidspark, these accounts total to 10 GB of storage per user. Storage is shared by all users on an account, the 80x10GB of storage is shared amongst all your users and isn’t evenly distributed across the 80 users. This Help Center article has more details about Storage. 

You can check how much of your storage is being used and what it is being used by your account settings under the "Plan and Billing" tab. If you hover over each of the coloured sections, you can see what that portion of the storage represents. However, like ​@Humas1985 mentioned, you are welcome to submit a support ticket and our team can confirm the amount of storaged used.
