My company email is linked to a enterprise account but license hasn’t changed over.
How do i determine who to contact for our enterprise account?

You can view a list of the owner and account admins for your Team or Enterprise account by following these steps:
- Click your profile image or initials in the upper-right corner of your Lucid account.
- Locate the "Current License" tile.
- Click Contact List.
In the window that appears, the account owner is listed first. These contacts can assist with tasks such as setting up integrations or adjusting admin panel settings. For an overview of the functionality available to account admins, refer to the Lucid admin panel: Administrator roles article.

A Lucid or airfocus account is required to interact with the Community, and your participation is subject to the Supplemental Lucid Community Terms. You may not participate in the Community if you are under 18. You will be redirected to the Lucid or airfocus app to log in.
