How do i determine who to contact for our enterprise account?

My company email is linked to a enterprise account but license hasn’t changed over.

Hi ​@knuettelmarc, please refer to steps here for locating the Account Owner and admin of your Lucid account:

You can view a list of the owner and account admins for your Team or Enterprise account by following these steps:

  1. Click your profile image or initials in the upper-right corner of your Lucid account.
  2. Locate the "Current License" tile.
  3. Click Contact List.

In the window that appears, the account owner is listed first. These contacts can assist with tasks such as setting up integrations or adjusting admin panel settings. For an overview of the functionality available to account admins, refer to the Lucid admin panel: Administrator roles article.

Hi thanks but i think i can only do that when i am on the enterprise account. I am currently on the free account seeking to get on the enterprise license
