Hello Team,

 

Am unable to find the delete option as it's greyed out. Am holding admin privilege and logged into admin portal but still unable to delete the user.

Please advise.

For anyone else who comes across this post, to permanently delete a user, I recommend following the steps outlined in this article from the Lucid Help Center - Lucid admin panel: User management. Note that you cannot delete a user who has been assigned as the default document owner.
