Hey all,

I’m formulating a way to share lucid diagrams with our organization only such that people can click a link, log in and view the diagram. They don’t need to have an actual license to do this, just a login.

I thought my path to success here was going to be to create a shareable link, set to view only and to my organization only.

That only gets me part of the way there. What I’m seeing is that when people in my org follow a link, they still need to request access. I presumed that since the link was set to view and to my org that they wouldn’t also have to request access.

How can I set up a link such that people in my org can view without also having to ask for view access?

edit: In case it matters, the lucid diagrams in question reside in a closed Team.

Thanks for your help! --dave

Hi @David.Hahn, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community!

Apologies for our delayed response. Indeed, if you set up the shareable link to your organisation only, the users in question must be part of your organisation’s Enterprise account. The shareable link setting does not refer to the organization’s domain in a given email address.

I’d bet my problem is that users need to be invited to our enterprise account, and thus have a license, to be considered part of the org. It’s not just a valid domain email address. Can anyone confirm that?
