I observe that users are automatically delicensed in Lucid when they leave the company. How is this mechanism activated? Since SSO has been activated, I assume that there is periodic screening on the users data in Azure Active Directory. Where is it configured?
I observe those days some wrong delicensing and want to understand how to resolve this.
Hi Christine, thanks for posting in the Lucid community!
If your account has SCIM enabled it is likely that when a user leaves the company they are removed or deactivated within Azure Active Directory by your company’s IT team. When a user is deactivated within Azure they will be delicensed in Lucid. I would recommend reaching out to your IT team to understand how they are configuring and managing users with Azure Active Directory.
If you and your IT team run into issues with your SCIM provisioning please feel free to start a support ticket with us by emailing support@lucid.co and we can help further troubleshoot.
