Help Locating or Restoring Lucid Project Access

Hello, 

A few months ago, I had access to a Lucid account to work on a project. I’ve since lost access due to inactivity, and I was told the project may have been transferred to another account.

I’m trying to regain access to that project or locate where it may now be stored. Any guidance would be appreciated.
