Having Issues Linking Lucidchart to confluence after user received re-install request

I received same error type
Now on reinstall - I get this popup but no login tab
But application still not installed. Back to configure page
Out process was correct but only can be logged in with only necessary tabs. Logged out of all other tabs/browsers
