is there a way we can use e.g. a GSuite or AD group to populate user groups in Lucidchart?

Thanks for posting in the community! Lucidchart supports Group Provisioning via SCIM and has custom apps in Okta OneLogin and Azure AD. Please take a look at this Manage Your Org with Groups article from our Help Center which contains instructions and additional resources for these integrations.
