Free plan user: What happens to the Lucidspark board that I have access to if the licensed owner becomes unlicensed?

You’ll still have access, but the board may become view-only. When a board owner moves to a free account, the board has to follow free plan rules. Here’s a breakdown:

• If the board is detailed, more than 60 shapes, it will automatically lock for editing. You’ll be able to see it, but you won't be able to add anything new.

• Free accounts only get 3 editable documents. If this board isn't one of the owner's 3 most recent, it’ll be restricted to view-only.

• You can definitely make a copy of the board to your own account as a backup. Just keep in mind that since you’re also on a free account, you’ll run into those same 60-object and 3-document limits on your copy.

If there is anyone else on your team who does have a full license, the easiest fix is to have your supervisor transfer ownership to them before the license is removed. That keeps the board fully functional for everyone!
