Exported user data does not match users in system

When I export All User data, the list of users in the system does not match the users in the export.   There is less users in the all user data export than what is in the admin user list.

Hi @mschwartz, thanks for posting in the community. I’m glad to hear that using the ‘Export to CSV’ action helped resolve the issue.

To share some additional information, if you have limited-access users in your account, these users will only appear in the ‘All User Data’ report if they haven’t been active in the past 180 days or if they have requested a license. Which may explain the discrepancies you saw in the exported file.

I ended up using the Export to csv Action the admin user panel and was able to get all the users.
