I need to check the existing licenses in my team, but your product does not have User Export, nor is it allowed to copy even the names of the users, why do we suffer for such a simple feature despite paying a license fee.

The admins on your account should be able to export a list of users and their licenses through the Lucid Admin Panel. Navigate to the Admin Panel, then select Users > Actions > Export View (CSV).

As seen in the screenshot, there is no such option.
+7Hi, it looks like you’re on a Team subscription. Our user export tools are restricted to Enterprise accounts. I’ve moved your inquiry to a support ticket for further assistance, you should receive a response shortly!
