Error when uploading diagram in Confluence

Hello,

I am a Confluence admin.
We are using Confluence Data Center 10.1.2 with Lucidchart plugin 2.2.3 (free plan).
We are having trouble with adding new diagrams on Confluence pages with Lucidchart macro. However our other diagrams are ok on other pages, still visible. When trying to add a new diagram, afer selecting the diagram, we have a loading page and then an error 504. Here are the screenshots :

I tried uninstall and reinstall, but the problem continues.

@pauline.dubois Could you please confirm whether you have used Lucid’s integration with Confluence previously using a different Lucid account?

For context, Lucid’s integration with Confluence is available solely to accounts with Lucid Team and Enterprise subscriptions, as per our Help Center documentation

I think I had similar issue and it helped to remove and add the chart in the confluence page.

Thank you for taking the time to answer, but my problem is with adding new charts. I guess if I remove one, I will not be able to add it after.

I checked with the user and she only have an individual plan.
