Can we have a dotted arrows and dotted lines to indicate the passive process?

You can customize lines to be dotted and include arrow endpoints to represent passive processes in your diagram.To format a line with a dotted style and arrow endpoints:Select the line on your canvas that you want to change.Click the Line styleicon in the formatting bar (or context menu) and select a dotted patternfrom the options.Click the left or right Endpoint dropdowns in the formatting bar to select an arrowhead.
