We need to migrate one Confluence Cloud instance to another Confluence Cloud instance and would like to keep our Lucid chart embedded links without changes.

Is it possible?

I saw some articles in the Help Center that Lucid Chart doesn’t support it.

We have many pages with Lucid Chart graphs and it will be a big effort updating all links manually.

Thanks!

Hi Natalia,

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! The Lucidchart plugin isn't built to support migrating from one Confluence Cloud instance to another at this time, so in order to have your diagrams display after you migrate instances, you will need to re-insert them.

This is needed in order to have the URL associated with that diagram point to your new instance, rather than your old one, and will allow them to display correctly in the iframe.
