Hello,

One of my colleagues created a diagram using LucidChart and shared a link with an external stakeholder who doesn’t have a Lucid license. The file is stored on a Lucid’s team site, and a couple of us are account admins. We both got an email from the external user requesting access to view the document. Is there a way to have this request sent only to the individual who created and worked  on the diagram instead of including account admins as well?

Thank you,

Hi @yatach

There is currently no way to configure Lucidchart to send view mode access requests only to the document creator.

By default, access requests notify both the document owner and any relevant account admins who have permission to manage or view the file.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
