can't login to LC paid subscription
I’m unable to login to my paid subscription. I tried logging into my paid account and it keeps logging me in as a net-new user under a free trial. I’m getting charged, but I can’t login to my settings to review the charges or review any of the work documents. I tried calling a phone #, but it wasn’t for Support (only Sales...imagine that). There is no Chat support function. The FAQs are not helpful. Please email me with instructions on how to access my paid account and the documents I created. If I need to cancel, I’ll dispute the charge for Nov. 2, 2026.
