Can't delicense users on Team subscription

Hi,

 

I want to remove 2 licenses from user, but I get this error message:

How can I remove them from their admin status? We do not have any groups set up.

Thank you for your post! 

Unfortunately, editing licenses is a feature only available on Enterprise subscriptions. On a Team subscription, you have the option to delete or remove users. 

You will need to delete or remove this user rather than attempting to delicense the user. Please follow the steps outlined in our User Management Help Center article which will go over how to delete/remove users.
