Admin Account Recovery

Hello, I reached out to my account manager with no response, and I need help changing the root admin on the account. I could not find where to raise a support request on the platform besides here.

 

The director of IT has left our company, and I need to change myself to be the account owner. I am currently an admin on the platform, but I cannot modify the account owner due to permissions.

 

Can someone from the Lucid team please help me with this?
