Bulk classification and deletion
Admins can now classify documents at scale from Content inspection and Document “discovery” pages—removing the burden of manual security enforcement while ensuring policies are applied consistently and efficiently across documents. Distributed security, org group publish, and embed settings
Admins have more granular control over publishing behavior, aligning with how share settings already work in distributed security. Admins can apply publish and embed restrictions at the org group level for tighter, more flexible document security. They can control whether users can publish documents from their org group, have settings applied to docs owned by group members, and base controls on document owner rather than just the document viewer. Auto-classification
Auto-classification allows you to automatically classify documents based on the type of sensitive content detected via Content inspection. Admins can map sensitive categories to classification levels. The most sensitive classification is the highest listed, and you can adjust levels as needed. Auto-classification will only move a document's classification up to more restrictive classifications—never down. This automation ensures that sensitive information is consistently managed and protected in accordance with its importance and associated risk levels at scale. Learn more.
