Why do some students see ERD diagrams as an option when selecting +Shapes and some do not?

Students in my class have been tasked with creating Entity Relationship Diagrams.

This comes up as an option for some students selecting Shapes + but not others.

What can I do to correct this?

Hello Karen

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! What are your students typing in the shape search bar? Are they looking up "ERD"? This is what the results should look like when looking up "ERD".If they were to look up "Entity" or "Entity relationship" the search bar on the left will appear to be a little different but the ERD shapes should still be there.

I would inform them to look up "ERD" or "Entity Relationship" instead of "Entity Relationship Diagrams" (basically without the word "diagram"). The title of our ERD shapes do not include the word "Diagrams" so that might be throwing the search off. If the problem persists please let me know and I can further assist you! If they have already tried just looking up the ERD acronym let me know!
