Guest participants in my Lucid Sparks do not see my profile picture. How do I enable this as this is not ver friendly or personable and I will be mostly using Lucid with external users to my company.

Can you check that your photo has been successfully uploaded to your Lucid account by going into your account settings page. This can be located on the top far right under your initials or profile photo (if added).
Once you have confirmed the above can you try refreshing your board both on your side/guest side and try again. Refreshing often clears up any performance issues.
