I have been using Lucidchart for a few years. Today I created a timeline document but there is no Shapes Panel. I have Views -> Shapes Panel -> Icons Only selected but no panel is visible.
Where is my Shapes Panel?
Hey Kim thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you are trying to access a pro shape library while on a basic account. You should see this pop-up explaining this but it can sometimes be blocked by certain browser extensions or settings.
