It was visible and then when I double-clicked on a box it went away. The icon up at the top left is greyed out so I am unable to click that to bring it up. Any information would be helpful.

Thanks for posting in the community! Unfortunately the "Change Shape" feature is only available to the basic shape library or flowchart shape library. If you would like to see it available for personal shape libraries I would recommend filling out a feature request form - this brings the idea to the attention of our development team.
