I’m sure I’m missing something straightforward. I have played with the document settings for the canvas a few times and saved the pdf with ‘crop to content’ so that the work fills the page. But when it’s downloaded to my computer, when I open the file, the image appears as a tiny spec.

What operating system and browser combo are you using? What type of product were you exporting (Lucidspark or Lucidchart)?
