Could you please advise if there is a possibility to create a WBS diagram and connect Jira tickets? In this case the diagram will be updating on +/- daily basis and not manual work will be needed for excel/csv files update?

For this use case I recommend Lucidspark's Jira integration which allows you to create shapes for each Jira issue (including elements like Assignee Project and Status) as well as facilitates a 2-way sync between your Jira instance and changes made in your Lucidspark board.
