I have huge Entity relationship diagram in lucid and i want to generate vsdx file and import in draw.io but its not getting import in draw.io .
Could you please suggest? I am using paid subscription of lucid and my company adobe has paid subscription of lucid.

Is the file is able to be opened correctly in Visio? If not please reach out to support@lucid.co with the URL to the Lucidchart document that you are trying to export and a screenshot of the issue you see when you attempt to export it. This will allow us to take a closer look at the issue.
If it is able to open as intended in Visio then this may be an issue specific to the connection between Visio and Draw.io. Lucidchart does not support export to Draw.io so while going through VSDX can be a useful workaround it is unfortunately not possible for us to guarantee the fidelity of a file exported from Lucidchart as a VSDX and then imported into Draw.io.
