Hi Matt thanks for your post! Unfortunately Lucidchart currently is unable to import Visio layers due to significant code differences between the layers features in Lucidchart and Visio. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this causes. If this something you would like to see please feel free to add your idea to this feature request form.
