Is it possible to paste the underlying Excel data of a linked source into a Lucid document as a table? In other words, I’ve imported the data, and can create diagrams with it, but would like to add a table of the raw data to the document as well. Ideally, manually modifying the data in the table would update the objects linked to that data.

You can find this by clicking the blue ‘+Shapes’ button and searching for ‘Smart table’.
