we are using lucidchart team account in combination with the lucidchart plugin for Confluence Cloud.
It looks like that only a few people can see the diagram in Confluence and I was not able to figure out a pattern.
What are the requirements to being able to see a diagram on a confluence page I have view access on?

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community. As long as a user has view access to a Confluence page they should be able to see the embedded diagram. As a first step would you mind reviewing the Common Issues section of our Help Center article about using Lucidchart for Confluence Cloud? If after attempting these troubleshooting steps certain individuals are still unable to view the diagrams please let me know.
