You can use dots and shapes to make voting sessions simple and accessible for all users, regardless of their Lucid plan.

After hosting a brainstorming session in Lucidspark, open a dot quick shape bank by:

  1. Click more-tools-icon-from-lucidspark-primary-toolbar.png the More tools icon from the Primary Toolbar on the left-side of the canvas.
  2. Select quick-tools-icon-in-lucid.jpg the Quick tools icon from the menu that appears.
  3. Drag Dot bank onto the board.

Using Frames and text, drag dots out of the dot bank to create a legend for which color represents which participant.

When you are ready, set a timer and start the voting session by having participants drag and drop dots from the shape bank onto the sticky notes. Beforehand, you can predefine how many votes each participant is allowed.

When the timer runs out, you will be left with a visual representation of everyone’s votes!
