| I have an issue with URL’s in my XL not showing on my Org chart. All inks are valid and can be pasted directly into a browser. Please see links below. This link above and other’s with a similar URL do not render correctly on the chart. |

If you are uploading images via URL, please ensure that they are from a public location; otherwise, they won't display properly. If you are using Google Drive links, make sure they are public links. Can you please ensure that the links you are using are being shared from a public location?
Alternatively, you can upload the images directly to Lucidchart.

+1were you able to see the links I posted? They are hosted on our website. It’s a matter of the syntax in the URL. They are both links that can be navigated to without issue. I don’t understand why Lucid is handling them differently.
This link works in the chart:

And this link does not:

Are you experiencing this issue with other links that are formatted in a similar way?
For the time being as a workaround I would recommend downloading the image and importing it directly into your Org chart. For more information on how to do this, please review our Org chart help center article.
