URL issue

Question

I have an issue with URL’s in my XL not showing on my Org chart. All inks are valid and can be

pasted directly into a browser. Please see links below.

This link works in the chart:

https://www.ceto.com/hubfs/vdegennaro.jpg

And this link does not:

https://www.ceto.com/hubfs/Headshots%202022/barry.jpg

This link above and other’s with a similar URL do not render correctly on the chart.

Hi!Thanks for posting in the Lucid community!If you are uploading images via URL, please ensure that they are from a public location; otherwise, they won't display properly. If you are using Google Drive links, make sure they are public links.Can you please ensure that the links you are using are being shared from a public location?Alternatively, you can upload the images directly to Lucidchart.I hope this information is helpful. were you able to see the links I posted? They are hosted on our website. It’s a matter of the syntax in the URL. They are both links that can be navigated to without issue. I don’t understand why Lucid is handling them differently.
