I just unlicensed a user from team and mistakingly didn't transfer her documents! Is there any way to restore this users files and add them to my account?

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! If you have removed a user from the team and didn't transfer their documents prior to removing them the only way to get those files back would be to ask the user to share them with you or add the user back to the team delicense them again and transfer the files.
