My colleagues were to able link the Lucidchart Document and we have the same access but I can't. What are the issue causing this problem?
I go to Document and then I click the Link to Lucidchart Document but nothing happens.

Hi Marvene thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! I'm not completely sure what you're attempting to do - can you please clarify what you mean by "link the Lucidchart Document"? If you're able can you please include screenshots and describe the steps you're taking in detail?
