Was this resolved? My organization started seeing this issue a month ago. We can link using the URL and Page options, but cannot link to another lucidchart via browse. Existing links to another lucidchart remain and still work, but deleting a link and trying to recreate it does not work.
I do not utilize VPN to work with Lucid - I work from home on my personal computer.
The web browser most of us utilize is Chrome.
There isn’t much to screen shot as the result of the steps above is no link nor any change to the object/shape the link should appear in… the text just remains text.
Hi @GlenC and @kathyplamback, I noticed you were both likely experiencing the same issue, so I’ve merged these two posts to help troubleshoot!
To clarify, are you both experiencing this issue only when linking with org charts, or other documents as well?
Can you please send a temporary Document Support PIN for a document where you are experiencing the issue? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.
Thank you for your help and patience as I investigate further and work to find a resolution! Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns.
Hi @Ambar D
It is any document. For example, I have a map created from a standard template we have and then try and link an End Event to another map in the library. It lets me select one but then doesn’t do anything.

I am merely trying to link to another lucidchart from any other lucidchart.
I can use the URL to another lucidchart and that works.
I can link to another page in the same lucidchart just fine.
I was able to create links from a lucidchart to another lucidchart by browsing and choosing the tab to display, but no more.
So, trying this on any lucidchart is fine.
I very much hope that there isn’t some hard limit to the number of links we can have as we plan on adding several hundred more lucidcharts and many many many more links between them all to show the interdependencies of solutions.
THANK YOU for looking into this further!!
