I don’t see my document in the provided list.  I see other documents I own and are shared with me but not the one I’m looking for.

I’ve looked at share permissions but I haven’t been able to determine what’s preventing it from showing in the list.

Hi @Gary Lucas, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Does the document still fail to appear in your Lucidchart menu when you search for it by name?

If the document still fails to appear, can you please share a temporary Support PIN for that document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. I appreciate your help and patience!

Sent document support pin via PM, thank you!

Hi @Gary Lucas, thanks for sending that PIN! After taking a look on my end, it looks like your document is a Lucidpsark board, rather than a Lucidchart diagram. You will need to have your Lucid Admin enable the Lucidspark Boards Connector by following the steps outlined in our Integrate Lucid with Confluence Help Center article. Please let me know if the issue persists in the Lucidspark menu as well!

Sorry I just need to clarify, this is a paid component?  I’m a bit confused, we can integrate lucid chard documents for free but need to essentially upgrade in order to get lucid spark boards?

Please clarify

Hi @Gary Lucas, no problem, I’m happy to clarify! As a member of an account with an Enterprise subscription, you have access to integrate both Lucidchart and Lucidspark with Confleunce. However, Lucidspark has a separate connector that you need to use in order to view your Lucidspark boards, as those will not appear in the Lucidchart Conntector. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
