Unable to export drawings to any format

Question

Unable to export or save to file any drawings on lucid. The error generated is as follows, “ Due to the size of this document, it may take some time to generate your file. Please keep this document open until your download is complete.” After waiting for several minutes, the task does not complete and I’m left unable to export any drawings, this happens irrespective of the size of the document.

Can anyone guide or assist me with a resolution?

Thank you for posting about the issue you are experiencing. I tested exporting drawings in a few ways (old document with drawing, large document with drawing, new document with drawing) and exported them in different formats successfully.

Now it worked for me, but I’d like to help you figure this out so we can get it to work for you too. What browser are you using when you experience this? What operating system are you using? And lastly, have you tried to export the doc in an incognito window? or tried clearing your cache and cookies to see if either of those resolves the issue?
