Using Chrome.

Hi Jim

Thanks for posting your question in the community. I apologize for the issue you're having with downloading.

Here are some specific things to try:

  • Try the export in a Chrome Incognito browsing session. This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling extensions.

  • Try the export again on another network ensuring that you are on a strong stable connection. Sometimes issues like this can be related to internet connection speed or network security.

Let me know if the above troubleshooting steps don't resolve the issue and we can take the next step.

None of this helped.

Hi @GSH, thanks for adding to this thread! I’m happy to take a closer look, would you mind providing more information about the issue you are experiencing?

Hi,

it took a few hours but my friend and I have found an issue. The sequence diagram was created by AI. We had to delete each box to see if that cased an issue for exporting. Not a good use of anyone’s time. So the AI used 2 boxes with bent corners to put comments in and they caused this exporting issue. After they were removed, it was able to export into Visio. So it’s a bug.

Hi @GSH, thank you for sharing that context, I appreciate all the testing that you did in your document. Can you please send a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to gather more information on the issue you’re experiencing for our development to investigate further. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. I appreciate your help and patience!
