All the sudden every single one of my existing lucidchart documents are completely void of color. (that’s a lot of work erased!!) and when I try to color-fill the shapes or create a new shape and add color, it doesn’t work. The only thing I can do is change the color of the lines of each shape but I can’t fill anything with color. What is going on?! That will be hours of work to re-color every shape…. if it even worked. I’m also paying for a subscription so it can’t be that.

It’s possible that toggling the rendering option for webGL may resolve this issue for you. If you go to the top menu, in the View section, then down at the bottom of the list for rendering toggle the option for webGL it might resolve the issue. Let me know if that fixes the problem for you.
