Unable to add add-in for Lucidchart in Microsoft Powerpoint

Recently I’m trying to add Lucidchart add-in in MS Powerpoint so that I can edit any diagram created in Lucidchart and added in my Powerpoint document, but it is showing like this

Hi Amelia, it still fails.  Please look at the screen shot of my steps

 

Click “Open In Powerpoint”
Redirect to Powerpoint and show this
I follow this step
I click “Add”
and then it’s showing this again

Hi @tonyliu107, thanks for sending those additional screenshots! It looks like this add-in has deployed by your admin, which means you are not able uninstall/reinstall this add-in to push the update. Your Account Admin will need to update the Lucid add-in on their end. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
