Hi @tonyliu107, thanks for sending those additional screenshots! It looks like this add-in has deployed by your admin, which means you are not able uninstall/reinstall this add-in to push the update. Your Account Admin will need to update the Lucid add-in on their end. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
