Hello Andrea Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! The platform does not have a native way to transfer files between accounts. You can however share the document with the account you would like to transfer the files to. Once you share the document simply log into the account you would like to own the documents and make a copy. The copy will show up in your account under "My Documents" and the owner of the new copy will be the current account. If the original document is shared with anyone else you will need to reshare the copy.

If both of your accounts are on the same Team or Enterprise account you can have your admin delete your incorrect user and transfer the files to the correct user.

Hallo Andrea danke für das Posten in der Lucid Community! Die Plattform hat keine native Möglichkeit Dateien zwischen Konten zu übertragen. Sie können das Dokument jedoch für das Konto freigeben an das Sie die Dateien übertragen möchten. Sobald Sie das Dokument freigegeben haben melden Sie sich einfach bei dem Konto an dem Sie die Dokumente besitzen möchten und erstellen Sie eine Kopie. Die Kopie wird in Ihrem Konto unter „Meine Dokumente“ angezeigt und der Eigentümer der neuen Kopie wird das aktuelle Konto sein. Wenn das Originaldokument mit jemand anderem geteilt wird müssen Sie die Kopie erneut teilen.

Wenn sich Ihre beiden Konten auf demselben Team- oder Enterprise-Konto befinden können Sie Ihren Administrator den falschen Benutzer löschen lassen und die Dateien an den richtigen Benutzer übertragen.
