We have an extremely large Jira instance (Data Center) with hundreds of projects each configured independently. Teams have used Custom Fields to improve data quality by making some of them required. This prevents the ability create new issues and/or modify issues because the integration currently is view-only (per your Jan release notes). When will we get two-way capability so that we can actually use this integration? We gave up Miro to switch to LS under the understanding that this was coming by the end of last year but we have no new information and we are growing frustrated that it has not happened yet. Please advise.

Hi Miguel thanks for posting in the Lucid Community. Apologies for the frustration! Can you please let me know the field types of your Custom Fields that are view-only?

All types are used text HTML radio dropdowns etc.

If you would be willing to specify in detail what types you are using our development team would find that very helpful - Jira offers a very long list of field types some of which are more obscure and not used much. Insight into what you do use would be beneficial for prioritization as we build out functionality for additional field types that Lucidspark doesn't yet support. Apologies again for the frustration and thank you for your help and patience!
