Trying to import AWS resources into Lucidscale fails

I have followed the instructions for creating a cross-account role using the recommended cloud formation template. The role was created and the policy looks correct in IAM, yet when I reach the last step to complete the import, I get this error:

We failed to import your resources. 

This error appears every time I try to create a new account regardless of the region or resource selected. 

 

No further information is given so I don’t know if it is an issue with my account or with Lucidscale. I don’t see any other posts in the community on this issue so I am guessing it is just my account.

Thank you for posting this. There was short period on Wednesday that we had this same issue affecting multiple users. Are you still experiencing this?
