Are your users having difficulty connecting to Jira cards, but your account-wide configuration seems good to go?
Here are a few things to check when individual users can’t connect Jira cards in their Lucidspark boards:
- In Account Settings > Apps & Integrations > Lucidspark, is Jira DC set as the default instance? If not, try setting Jira DC as the default instance.

If Jira DC is the default, try creating a new document via the +New button in your Lucid docs list. Are you able to connect to Jira DC in your new document?
- All documents are automatically configured for the Jira DC/Server/Cloud instance listed as 'default' at the time of document creation. If the previous test works and you need to connect an old document to Jira DC, try duplicating the document (File > Duplicate) and connecting Jira DC in the duplicated document.
