Transparent background was displayed in white a few weeks ago, but it suddenly turns into black.

We found it can be fixed by disabling WebGL, and currently asking viewers and commenters to do so individually.

We have so many documents with transparent background that we do not want to set background color one by one.

Is it a bug to be fixed soon? Or it would be appreciated if there is any workaround.

Thanks!

Good morning,

Thank you for taking time to share your experience here. I am escalating this internally to see if we know why it’s happening and how to resolve. I’m happy to see that you found a workaround with the webGL in the meantime. I will follow up when I have more information.

Hello @kengo

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This post has been turned into a ticket and a team is actively working on a fix for the issue with the transparent background turning black when WebGL is enabled.

In the meantime, we’d like to understand more about your specific use case for using transparent backgrounds. Could you share more details on how you’re using them in your documents? This will help us ensure we’re addressing your needs properly.

Thanks for your patience!
