We have LucidChart licenses assigned and unassigned via SCIM provisioning from OneLogin. When a user is deactivated in OneLogin as a part of our offboarding workflow the License is revoked and the LucidChart user is set to "deactivated". When the user is deleted from OneLogin the user is also deleted in LucidChart but the LucidChart documents owned by that user end up in an orphaned state. Is there any way to transfer those documents after the user has been deleted from LucidChart?
Hi Travis! Thanks for posting in the community. Currently we do not offer a way to recover documents once a user is deleted which is why we have the deactivated state. Generally admins use the transfer/delete function upon deactivating users to transfer their documents. However we do have a beta feature that allows for the transfer of documents when a user is delicensed/deactivated via SCIM. If you are interested in having this enabled please submit a support ticket and we can help you out!
