Every time I click on my diagram or choose something from the menu the diagram scrolls up and the toolbar scrolls out of view rendering me unable to do anything really. I'm on a MAC. First Image shows where I start and how it scrolls diagram down and toolbar out of view. This forces me first to scroll back up to the toll bar but the diagram doesn't scroll with it.

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. As a first step could you please try toggling WebGL off? This can be done by going to (within the Lucidchart editor) View > Use WebGL and un-selecting this option. WebGL might be causing an issue with the graphics card on your computer. I'm currently unable to reproduce the behavior that you're describing. Does this occur with all documents in your account or just this one specifically? If toggling WebGL off doesn't work please contact us here and include the URL to the document in question so we can look into this.
